Counseling and Psychological Services is a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and counselors that works collaboratively with Nebraska students to help them explore their feelings and thoughts and learn helpful ways to improve their mental, psychological, and emotional well-being when issues arise.
Our staff support all University of Nebraska-Lincoln students. We understand that students may experience anger, fear, pain, and frustration with current events. Patient Eligibility
University of Nebraska-Lincoln students who have paid their Health Program and Facilities fee for the current semester are eligble for counseling services.
Hours of Service
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
After-hours assistance is available for urgent concerns by calling (402) 472-7450 and following the prompts.
Services Covered By Student Fees
Most counseling services are completely covered by student fees. This includes short-term individual counseling, support groups, therapy groups, and access to the on-call counselor, available 24/7. View available support and therapy groups.
