As the world watches the ongoing military incursion by Russian government and the devastating impact on the people of the Ukraine, the staff at CAPS are deeply saddened by the loss of life and growing threats to the physical and psychological well-being of the Ukrainian people and surrounding nations. We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and Russian protesters. Our views are best represented by the statement of the American Psychological Association.

We recognize the intersection of identities of those who are affected across race, religion, ethnicity, gender, and our international community of students, faculty and staff. We see you. We are here. During this time of uncertainty, it is normal feel a range of emotions and feelings. If you or someone you know is struggling with feeling shocked, anger, sadness, fear or guilt, CAPS is here to offer support for all UNL students.
