Before scheduling an appointment online:
- Be aware that all appointments may be filled as the day goes on. If no appointments are left for today, please call the front desk at (402) 472-7450, press 2. If you are in crisis and in need of immediate assistance, please call the front desk at (402) 472-7450, press 4.
- Summer services are covered by University Program and Facility Fees.
- You are eligible for summer services if you are enrolled in summer or fall courses. If you have questions about your eligibility, please call the front desk at (402) 472-7450, press 2.
- If you are NOT taking an in-person summer class, there is a one-time fee of $25.71 for summer services.
- First-time appointments available same-day across campus for fee-paying students:
- Available to all eligible students:
- Appointments are available at CAPS at the University Health Center/College of Nursing Building
- Appointments are available in the East Campus Union
- Raikes Students:
- Appointments are available in the Kauffman Academic Residential Center.
- Engineering Students:
- Appointments are available for students in Engineering at Kiewit Hall.
- Available to all eligible students:
- Due to confidentiality and security reasons, there are a few steps involved in making your first appointment online.

Steps to book your appointment
- After clicking the Schedule Now button, a new window will open for the TrueYou website. Log in using your username and password. Note: This instruction page will remain available in another window in your web browser.
- After you send a push notification and authenticate with the Duo app, you will be routed to the Titanium Schedule website, where you click the Online Scheduling - Initial Evaluation button.
- Complete the personal data form, so the CAPS staff knows who is scheduling the appointment. All sections with a red asterisk (*) are required. When completed, select NEXT.
- Review the Welcome Sheet to ensure you understand the expectations of an initial evaluation. Mark the box stating you read the information and then click NEXT.
- The display will show times available and location of the appointment for initial evaluations. Select a time and place that works for you.
Keep in mind, the online scheduling system only shows appointments for the same day, call 402-472-7450 and press "2" to talk with the CAPS front desk staff. They may be able to offer other appointment options and assist you with your needs. - You are now ready to schedule. Click the Schedule Now button below.
