  • Is this a resource for me during emergencies or crisis? No. If you believe your life or someone else’s life is in imminent danger, call 911. CAPS offers 24/7 crisis services with our on-call counselor. Call CAPS at 402-472-7450 and press “4” to speak with the counselor on duty at any time.
  • How do I make an appointment in these locations? Call 402-472-7450 to schedule your appointment.
  • Are these appointments different from an appointment in the University Health Center? Only in location! No matter where your counseling session is, you will meet with a licensed counselor who provides a high quality of care. 
  • Can I show up for a walk-in? No, you must make an appointment first. Walk-ins are not accepted due to limited availability.
