CAPS is here for you. While students can visit with us at our office located in the Health Center, there are many other ways to engage with us and receive support.

  • How do I make an appointment in these locations? Call 402-472-7450 to schedule your appointment or schedule online at https://caps.unl.edu/schedule-online-appt/. 
  • Are these appointments different from an appointment in the University Health Center? Only in location! No matter where your counseling session is, you will meet with a licensed counselor who provides a high quality of care. 
  • Can I show up for a walk-in? No, you must make an appointment first. Walk-ins are not accepted due to limited availability.
