I am a second-year doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program at UNL. I received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University in Indiana. My training has included working with kiddos and their families, substance use groups, as well as individual concerns related to gender identity, mood and anxiety disorders, and academic concerns. I tend to work from an ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) perspective while integrating feminist and multicultural frameworks as well to meet clients' individual needs. In my free time I enjoy going for walks around Lincoln, traveling, and listening to audiobooks.
